Private Cookery Classes
Be the King or Queen of the Cookery School by booking our school for a private lesson. For a couple, a one-to-one lesson or bring along up to 16 people for a special bespoke hands on or demonstration experience.
Choose what you'd like to cook and Richard will tailor a cookery lesson that is unique to your event.

We can offer classes running from 10am -12.30pm , 1.30 pm-4pm, or from 6.30 pm-9 pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Choose your theme:
- Italian, French or Spanish classics
- A 3-course bespoke dinner party
- Fresh fish and sauces
- Baking, bread making or chocolate making
- Vegetarian or plant-based dishes
- Doughnut making
- Chocolate making
- Make your own afternoon tea or supper!
- The Bake Off! Introduce a competitive element into the day, We’ll demonstrate, you produce the goods!
- We are open to suggestions …. if there’s anything else you fancy!
Prices include all ingredients, recipes, drinks and pastries/canapes on arrival, and lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
Prices from £125pp half-day. Minimum 6 people, maximum 16 (4.5 hours, including lunch, afternoon tea or dinner).
Couples’ cookery classes from £480.
3 hour individual tuition from £350.

Team Building Corporate Cookery Days
What better way to invigorate your team than with an away-day that culminates in a delicious end result? We can provide your staff and colleagues with a wonderful day full of team-building, fun, inspiration and motivation. Our bespoke corporate events have been created to entertain and educate, focusing on communication, cooperation and trust with an emphasis on fun, fulfilment and food.
We offer a host of tailor-made courses to match your aims and that concentrate on achieving results by working together, all under the guidance of a natural motivator. From a simple demonstration to cooking your own dinner, preparing lunch for colleagues or enjoying a chocolate masterclass, we can design a course to suit your needs.
We can offer ½ day or full day courses on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. We can amend the timings to suit your group. Come along at 12.30pm/1pm, spend the afternoon with your colleagues, and enjoy afternoon tea before the day ends. Or come along at 4.30pm and cook yourself dinner!
We can add on other activities, from a tutored wine or cheese tasting, inspirational presentations on our business story, customer service or a short history tour of this amazing Grade 1 listed Heritage site
Complimentary meeting rooms available before or after your event should you wish to combine with a working event.
Corporate rates;
Cookery demonstrations: 90 minutes followed by lunch, afternoon tea or dinner from £50pp. Minimum numbers 12.
Hands On Cookery Experiences: half-day/evening from £150pp. Full day from £250pp.
Minimum number 6, maximum 16, includes coffee and pastries on arrival, and lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
